If you plan to use the SentryView App on iOS , you will need either the SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick or the SanDisk iXpand. Purchasing this drive from Pure Tesla will ensure that it is fully configured for your Tesla upon arrival - simply plug into your Tesla and it works. No reformatting, no file creation.
Using this drive with the SentryView app allows for users to wirelessly access their Dashcam/Sentry Mode footage via their iOS devices in an easy to view manner.
The drive ships within 1-2 days and you can choose between standard and priority delivery through USPS. To keep your costs down, the memory stick does not ship with factory packaging.

Dashcam and Sentry Mode work with Tesla vehicles since August 2017 (AP 2.5 or higher).

While we have been using this system for a couple months with no issues, it is important to know that drive failure while using with a Dashcam system is not covered by warranty and would require the purchase of a new drive. I wanted a quick & easy way to view Sentry/Camera footage from the model 3. I ordered this prepared stick and downloaded the IOS app onto the Apple iPad Pro. Picked up the stick from the PO Box and plugged it into a splitter (in the car) I already had. Recorded footage driving from the post office to the grocery store. Turned off the camera and removed the stick. Pushed the on button on the stick, opened the app on the iPad and bingo I saw stills and I saw video! Clear and bright. Wow! Impressive. Erased it all in the app.

Just plug and play. Very simple set up. Highly recommend this product to use in conjunction with the SentryView App.
The SanDisk works great. Just plug it in and it starts recording. I did not give it a 5 because the SentryView App has problems. It is a 2 because has problems on my iPhone XR. Data slow to loan and will not always play complete infor. Worked a little better on my iPad, but still slow to load. I don’t know if this is the app or the WiFi connection from the SanDisk. Any help would be appreciated!!! The SanDisk works great down loading to my iMac when plugged in.

Received in two business days works as advertised with SentryView app after changing drive name to something shorter as suggested by SentryView developer.
