What Tesla vehicles are compatible with this game controller?

All Model 3 and Model Y vehicles are compatible.

All Model S and Model X vehicles built after March 2018 (and those that have gotten the infotainment upgrade to MCU2) are compatible.

Can I upgrade my infotainment computer to get the Tesla Arcade?

Owners of Model S and Model X built March 2018 or earlier are eligible to purchase an Infotainment Upgrade, enabling access to some of our favorite features like video streaming and an expanded Tesla Arcade, in addition to a more responsive and faster touchscreen experience.

Owners of compatible vehicles can schedule an appointment with Tesla through the Tesla app for purchase and installation. This upgrade is available for $2,000 plus applicable tax, including installation, for vehicles equipped with Autopilot Computer 2.0 or 2.5 and for $1,500 plus applicable tax, including installation, for all other vehicles.  Owners may confirm Autopilot Computer type by selecting ‘Controls’ > ‘Software’ > ‘Additional Vehicle Information’ on the touchscreen. Confirm pricing and availability with Tesla prior to scheduling service.

Does this controller work with any other systems?

Yes, using the included wireless USB adapter, this controller connects to Windows 10 systems and Nintendo Switch.

Do I have to use the controller wirelessly?

No. You can charge and use the controller via the included USB cable by plugging it directly into your Tesla’s front USB port.
